Monthly Book Club - "Stilling the Mind: Shamatha Teachings from Dudjom Lingpa's Vajra Essence"

   Our next Book Study Group meets on March 6 to discuss B. Alan Wallace’s Stilling the Mind.  In this book, “Wallace introduces us to Dudjom Lingpa's Vajra Essence, one of the most cherished works of the Nyingma school from which Dzogchen stems.

   We meet at the home of Christine Lehmann, who lives at 6625 10th Street, Unit C2, Alexandria, VA 22307.
